Swiss Airlines returns to Ukraine after three-year hiatus

Swiss Airlines has resumed flights from Switzerland to Ukraine. The carrier performed its first flight on the Zurich-Kyiv route since October 2014 on March 26, the CFTS correspondent reports.

The Swiss Airlines’ 168-seat Airbus A320 airliner departed from Zurich at 12:08 local time and arrived at the Boryspil airport at 15:27.

The return flight was scheduled to depart at 17:20 and land in Zurich at 19:00.

Flights from Zurich to Kyiv and back will be performed on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Swiss Airlines operated flights on the Zurich-Kyiv-Zurich route from October 2013 to October 2014.
