Description
In line with Edelweiss’ constant effort to reduce its carbon footprint, the tableware is made from SiloxiHT lightweight ceramic, a small revolution compared to regular bone china equipment. The lightness of the material helps reduce the load on board while its hardness improves the durability, saving in purchasing frequency.
The modular and versatile designs offer lots of possibilities of combination with a limited number of elements while the refined shapes and glazing enhance the food experience on board.
Regarding the food, Edelweiss will offer passengers specialties from its different destinations, with local catering companies cooking dishes. The new dishes will be served alongside a choice of iconic Swiss flavors.
