airBaltic reaches highest employee count yet

Latvian airline airBaltic announces that the number of employees at the company has exceeded 1800, reaching the highest volume during the 26 years history of airBaltic Group.

“Today we are already preparing for the number of employees we will require for operations next summer. We also develop the competencies and skills of our staff, and provide new employees with aviation-specific knowledge,” Alīna Roščina added.

Currently the company has a total of over 1 800 employees. The company is continuing active recruitment, and currently has more than 40 open vacancies, seeking more than 300 additional employees in total.
