Programme released for AviaDev Africa
AviaDev Africa is pleased to unveil its agenda for 2018, bringing together leading industry speakers alongside unique networking opportunities. The event aims to unite the industry and drive increased connectivity after the historic signing of the SAATM (Single African Air Transport Market) earlier this year.
AviaDev attracts representatives from across Africa and the wider world. Airlines attending include: Airlink, Air Zimbabwe, Africa World Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Coastal Aviation, Comair Limited, Condor, Ethiopian, fastjet, Hahn Air, Harrier Airlines, Jet Afrique, jetWest, Nile Air, RwandAir, SAGA, Singapore Airlines, South African Airways and TAAG.
The event will facilitate pre-arranged one-to-one meetings between commercial representatives of the above airlines with those involved in developing connectivity to, from and within Africa.
Day One will begin with an overview of the state of the industry and an update on the Single African Air Transport Market from the African Civil Aviation Commission. Panel sessions will discuss the role of the stakeholder in air service development and the future of the low-cost carrier in Africa.
