Aviation Industry Vietnam Forum and Exhibition (AIVNF 2023)

The 3rd Vietnam International Aviation Exhibition is the only official aviation event that will be held in Vietnam with the name of Aviation Industry Vietnam Forum and Exhibition 2023 (AIVNF 2023) at Tan Son Nhat Pavillon Convention Center – No. 202 Hoang Van Thu, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City will take place from 11 to 13 October 2023. The AIVNF 2023 will display advanced aeronautical technologies, equipment, aircraft models, and deliver presentations by many leading aviation speakers in Vietnam and other countries, and talk about the development of aviation in the world in a new era. Especially, once the Aviation Industry is developed, it will connect and lead to the development of road infrastructure, waterways, the tourism industry, the agriculture industry, etc.

This is the only event that is licensed and supported by the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, Vietnam Aerospace Association, and National Traffic Safety Committee, and has the patronage of other relevant departments.

After two years of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Vietnamese Aviation Industry has now overcome challenges and flourished. Currently, there has been a shortage of human resources in the aviation industry. Meanwhile, from 2020 through 2030, Vietnam’s Aviation Industry needs human resources to supply Long Thanh International Airport, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Noi Bai International Airport, and other airports, as well as human resources to serve air transportation-related businesses and airlines.

Mr. Andrew Chumney – who had 40 years working at The Boeing Company and currently works as a Safety Advisor for the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) said that: “The growth of Vietnam’s Aviation Industry is very fast and impressive. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, Vietnam’s Aviation Industry recovered strongly, along with the expansion and investment in more than 30 airports. In four years to come, there will be about 500 aircraft to serve the Aviation Industry of Vietnam. Therefore, the needs for aviation human resources such as ground crew, flight mechanics, pilots, and cabin crew need to be met”.

With the theme “Green Aviation – Green Planet”, Aviation Industry Vietnam Forum and Exhibition (AIVNF 2023) delivers orientation topics, and rehabilitation strategies for the industry presented by international experts, speakers, and domestic experts, besides the demonstration of the industry’s latest products, technologies, and aircraft models from global aviation enterprises.
