Company Profile

  • Towbarless Aircraft Towing Tractor - TPX-200-MT

The TPX-200-MT is a towbarless aircraft towing tractor which can perform push back operations and maintenance towing on all aircrafts from B737, up to fully loaded B777-200., The cradle design can operate to AIRBUS A319/A320/A321, A300/A310, A330/A340-300, MD DC9, MD80/MD90,DC10/MD11, and BOEING B737, B757, B767, B787 and B777-200/300 aircrafts (up to 300 tons).

Its powerful engine allows the TPX-200-MT to perform maintenance towing up to 15 mph, in most of the ramp condition. A dedicated 90 kVA GPU option is available.

Its ergonomic and luxury cab provides increased visibility of landing gear, safer handling and maximum driver comfort. All claw functions are fully automated for ‘foolproof’ execution of lifting and lowering landing gear. TLD’s high standard of build and component quality make the TPX-200-MT a durable and reliable tractor.

  • Airline Cargo Loaders - 929 Super Load

The 929 Super Load is a self-propelled, dual-platform loader designed to transfer 610 cm (20 ft) ULD’s weighing up to 20 000 Kg (44,000 lbs) With the ability to interface 178 cm (70″), 254cm (100″) and 356cm (140″) doors, this heavy-duty loader can be used to service the following aircraft:

    • Lower Lobe: 747, 757, 767, 777, DC-10, MD-11, L-1011, A300, A310, A320, A330, A340
    • Main Deck: 707, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, A300, A310, A320, A330, A340, DC-8, DC-9, DC-10, BAE-146, MD-11, MD-80, L1011
  • Air Start Units - ASU-600 Series

The ASU-600 Series is a line of truck or trailer mounted continuous flow jet engine starting units, producing 180-300 ppm of airflow at up to 40 psig pressure.

Major components include an air-cooled rotary screw compressor, the latest emissions-compliant diesel engine, and the proven ACE air regulating system.

Standard features include dual mode operation, automatic throttle roll-back and an easy access canopy mounted on a rugged, galvanized steel chassis.

These components and features combine to produce the most versatile and cost efficient air start units on the market today.

  • Self-propelled Passengers Stairs - ABS-580

This self-propelled passengers stair provides access under the best possible conditions of safety and comfort for passengers of narrow, medium and wide body aircraft with a door sill height between 2,20 and 5,80 m.

The stair is a telescopic stairway type and its height may be adjusted step-by-step allowing the passengers to embark and disembark in total comfort. The extruded-aluminium steps have a highly efficient non-slip surface, offering additional safety, anodised handrails and bright stairway lighting.

All driving and aircraft approach operations are carried out from the cabin, which, thanks to its all-round glazing, provides perfect visibility of aircraft. These operations are carried out under the best conditions of safety and comfort.

  • Aircraft Lavatory Servicing Vehicles - LSP-900-V

The LSP-900-V Vacuum Aircraft Lavatory Servicing Vehicle is designed to provide airlines and the airport servicing industry an all stainless steel unit for application on all current new aircraft generation. Engineered to the highest standards, the Model LSP Series stands up to extreme weather and abusive ramp conditions.

Improved design features simplify aircraft servicing, provide economical operation, reduces flight delays, cuts maintenance costs, and minimize the risk of environmental hazard.

The LSP-900-V vacuum waste extraction system offers significant advantages over conventional gravity drainage systems: it reduces servicing time by half; eliminates odours; simplifies servicing of aircraft with low lavatory outlets and quickly unclogs obstructed plumbing.

All pumping operation are controlled from the front lift platform in a safe environment. The operators cab is rubber shockmounted for a comfortable ride and provides excellent ramp visibility.

This equipment offers aircraft servicing up to 5m / 16,4 height (2,80m / 9,2 lift). The LSP complies with common international requirements and regulations.

  • Air Conditioning Units - ACU-808-Series

The ACU-808-Series Air Conditioning Units provide passenger comfort for the largest aircraft in the most challenging ambient. These units are equipped with a vertical condenser air discharge for sound attenuation and consistent heat rejection under all wind conditions. Using R-134a refrigerant, the ACU-808-Series is environmentally ‘’safe’’, causing no damage to the atmospheric ozone.

The simple but rugged design consists of a diesel engine directly driving for refrigeration compressor and blower. This is the unique “TLD Direct Drive” technology. Available truck or trailer mounted, the diesel powered ACU-808 Series is the air conditioner of choice for the future.
