Founded in 1911, StandardAero has become one of the world aerospace industry’s largest independent maintenance, repair and overhaul – MRO providers. Now partnered with and owned by Veritas Capital, StandardAero offers extensive MRO services and custom solutions for business aviation, commercial aviation, military and industrial power customers in more than 80 nations around the world. More than 3,500 professional, administrative and technical employees work in a dozen major facilities in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, with an additional 13 strategically located regional service and support centers.
Services include MRO for aircraft and rotorcraft engines, auxiliary power units and components; airframe services including major alterations; FAA authorized avionics capabilities; comprehensive engineering services; and custom exterior and interior design, completion and paint. We provide these capabilities through our network of specialized facilities and mobile service teams.

Engines
StandardAero is one of the world’s largest independent gas turbine engine and accessories maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities. With operations around the globe, we provide a unique mix of management and MRO services to airline, helicopter, government/military aircraft and industrial operators.
Our engine and APU capabilities allow us to support the majority of corporate aircraft in service. We are also the only company with a history of not just one, but three successful retrofit programs. With our factory level experience in design and engineering, we have been able to create retrofit programs that revitalized aircraft lifespan, performance, and value.

Airframes
StandardAero provides airframe work that ranges from minor repairs to major alterations. We offer factory authorized service on many of today’s business aircraft. Additionally, all our service facilities are FAA certified repair stations and have airframe-specific capabilities that relate to the needs of their respective geographic regions. We service virtually all corporate jets in operation today. And our engineering competency allows us to perform design and modifications on all aircraft, up through the largest commercial aircraft.
Our extensive airframe capabilities are provided throughout our service network that includes Class 4 Repair Stations, with DAS (Designated Alteration Station) and EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) ratings, as well as various other international ratings. Our A&P technicians are factory trained on the broad range of aircraft that we support.

Avioincs
StandardAero provides a variety of avionics capabilities via its network of service providers. Ranging from repairing a transponder in a Lear 31 to installation of a Collins Pro Line 21 integrated avionic system Major Retrofit in a Falcon 50-we can handle it. Additionally, we can assist you with the many choices in cabin entertainment and connectivity. We are factory authorized for the majority of avionic manufacturers. Our in-house engineering design, system integration and installation capabilities assure you that no installation is beyond our scope. We are an Organizational Design Authority (ODA) authorization and applicable radio and instrument ratings.
Our experience and expertise in avionics will help maintain the reliability, operational capability, and safety of your aircraft. As a factory-authorized service center for all leading suppliers, we can design,install, and maintain these avionics systems. We make it a top priority to keep up on all the latest technologies, which is an important reason why aviation customers keep coming back to us.

We custom-design interiors and install advanced avionics, including the latest in office and entertainment systems to transform the world’s largest jets into state-of-the-art airborne offices and unique spaces for your personal comfort and relaxation.
We’re regarded as specialists on Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) and Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) aircraft, and our clients include internationally known individuals, corporations and heads of state.

After consolidating our exceptional capabilities in state-of-the-art facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio and Winnipeg, Canada, our company took a leadership role in repair and overhaul of propulsion systems, components and LRUs for commercial, business and military aircraft, along with industrial applications. By focusing on process excellence, outstanding quality, competitive pricing and value that have all set the industry standard, we have become a preferred component repair and overhaul supplier for leading engine platforms including CFMI, GE Aviation, GE – Land & Marine, IAE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce.

Special technologies at the Cincinnati site include cleaning and Non-Destructive Testing, Metallurgical Lab, metal spraying, Electron Beam welding, heat treatment, CNC and VTL machining, EDM & Spark Erosion and balancing. Additional technologies in Winnipeg consist of plating, laser beam welding and cladding and Robotic High Velocity Oxy Fuel Spray. Our engineers engage in unique repair development for aircraft engine sections and secondary components.
