Swissport Cargo Services The Netherlands B.V. to acquire Skylink Handling Services B.V.

Through the acquisition of Skylink, a cargo handling company specialized in air cargo handling based at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Swissport will expand its air cargo business at Schiphol and increase potential business volume for current customers and attract new customers. “Skylink is a successfully established provider of air cargo handling and consistently delivers high quality services”, commented Menno Biersma, CEO of Swissport Netherlands. With the acquisition Swissport will increase its warehouse capacities by 10,000m2 at Schiphol.
