Bucher Aerospace presents first VIP conference table and other mechanisms at NBAA-BACE 2018

Bucher is presenting at the world´s largest business aviation convention and exhibition, which will take place in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida for the first time in public three brand-new VIP table mechanisms: ”Minneapolis“, ”Savannah“ and “Nairobi“.

In addition to other signature tables and IFE deployment mechanisms, Bucher will premiere the pillar-free conference table “Nairobi”, a completely new conference table concept for medium and large business jet cabins. An innovative structural design permits to increase comfort and space for passengers while maintaining all the functionality passengers can expect. The force-assisted adjustability in height (34 cm) and lateral position (48 cm) is combined with a highly reliable fully mechanical mechanism for a reduced weight of the table and making it virtually maintenance-free. With “Nairobi”, Bucher takes conference tables to the next level.

“Savannah” is Bucher´s next generation divan table, optimized to deploy out of the side of a love-seat, with controlled motions for highest comfort and ergonomics. “Minneapolis” is a table optimized for consoles in smaller cabins, e.g. in small airplanes or automobiles. Both include dampened motions, pleasant sound and well-balanced operating forces to meet the highest expectations of passengers.
