A soft wholewheat gluten-free cake with delicious chocolate chips. A simple recipe, prepared only with ingredients from naturally gluten-free raw materials for a tasty and light minicake.

  • INGREDIENTS: Fresh eggs, sugar, rapeseed oil, wholemeal rice flour 14.7% (rice flour, rice bran), water, chocolate 5.6% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, flavoring, emulsifier: leticina of soy), corn starch, stabilizer: glycerol, apricot yoghurt [yogurt (milk), sugar, apricot purée, flavorings], corn flour, flavorings, soluble fiber: oligofructose, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate), thickener: guar fiber, salt.
