GUINAULT combined Air Conditioning Units / 400 Hz are designed to replace an aircraft’s APU and maintain the correct temperature in the cockpit and cabin during pre-flight operations, boarding and maintenance. These Units make it possible to meet the needs and requirements of code B and C civil aircraft in continental, tropical or desert climates.
HIGH PERFORMANCES:
- GPU: Permanent current, Peak current, Voltage Transients, Frequency Transients
- ACU: High Cooling Performances / Heating Capacity / Double stage cooling system
RELIABILITY AND ROBUSTNESS:
- DEUTZ or CUMMINS engines
- GUINAULT Alternator made in Frace
- Full anti-corrosion protection: polyester canopy, plastic fuel tank and electro galvanized steel chassis for long term utilization
EASY TO USE:
- Excellent manoeuvrability due to reduced dimensions / weight and the leading front axle with ball bearing for low turning radius (= wheel base)
- Control panel with clear indication and robust switches
- Easy access for maintenance
REDUCING OF THE TOTAL COST OWNERSHIP:
- Less consumption compared with a separated solution GPU + ACU
- Low maintenance cost due to the use of semi hermetic compressor and only one diesel engine for two functions: GPU and ACU – Only one equipment to tow (cost saving)
- Optimized fuel consumption due to the automatic electronic control optimizing at any time the unit operation according to the external temperature and humidity
- Low cost for spare parts due to the choice of standard industrial components
MULTI-PURPOSE:
- The GPU guarantees an adapted power supply for numerous types of aircrafts thanks to the high temporary overloads tolerated for 400Hz and 28Vdc outputs
- Automatic Maximum Acceptable Air Flow Supplied (AMAAFS) regulation, the GF15 COMBO is ideal for narrow aircrafts.
