Bernard Gustin, ex-CEO of Brussels Airlines will share his experience in developing a hybrid focused hub model by giving an in-depth presentation “Neither Low-cost, nor Legacy: How to Develop a Hybrid Business Model to Create a Competitive Advantage?” at the Wings of the Future Forum, November 14-15, 2018 in Moscow, Russia.

Facing a very sharp low-cost competition (more than 30% market share), during 10 years of Mr. Gustin’s management, Brussels Airlines could move from 5 million passengers in 2013 to 10 million in 2018 and from 100 million loss to 45 million profit in 2015.
