The keynote speech will be delivered by UK Security Minister at 1040 on Day One in Theatre 4 with a Special Grand Debate on the Implications for Global Security from the incoming Trump Presidency following later that day at 1420 in the Global Counter Terrorism Conference, Theatre 7.
