The organizing committee of Ground Handling Russia & CIS is glad to confirm that Dmitry Khartunyan, CEO, Baltic Ground Services, Zhukovsky International Airport will deliver a presentation on “Ground handling under uncertainty: how to build an effective management model?”
Mr. Khartunyan will share his experience in managing ground handling company and will focus on practical management tools involving the best international practices together with the local market specifics.
Key points of the presentation include:
