Kapco Global and Avio-Diepen Finalize Agreement to join Forces

Kapco Global and Avio-Diepen are pleased to announce that as of today, an agreement to join forces to form the world’s leading independent aerospace distributor has been signed.

The move combines the expertise of two of the industry’s leading independent parts distribution businesses which collectively have 110 years of experience supporting the MRO, OEM and airline market. The partnership will significantly strengthen each company’s position as a world-leading distributor of expendable parts and provider of customized inventory management solutions to the global aerospace industry. With 600 employees, the new combined organization will operate from 12 facilities in 8 countries, ensuring a greatly enhanced global footprint, particularly in the major markets of North & South America, Europe and Asia.
