HYDRO Systems KG Case Study - Design for Supply Chains programme

HYDRO UK took part in the Design Council’s ”Design for Supply Chain Program”. The case study aimed to increase production.

As a result, we’ve been planning and measuring better. Jonathan Farnfield, General Manager at HYDRO UK, said: ”There’s been a notable improvement in productivity and reduction of waste, which is obviously one of our chief concerns. We’ve also been planning and measuring better, with vastly improved forecasting and revenue realisation on a monthly basis.”

Our improved and clearly defined processes have made things even simpler to follow.
