  • Pax Tech Hack

PaxTechHack is a two day hackathon taking place in the heart of the PTS show floor. Over 50 participants are confirmed to compete and will be coming together on April 2nd to form teams, receive challenges, and commence coding. Each team will have 48-hours to develop ideas and solutions to overcome the challenges set by you. Once the clock hits zero, competitors must down their digital tools before our panel of four expert judges will decide the winning teams who have created the innovative ideas for the challenges set.

Make sure you’re at the PTS Seminar Theatre on 4th of April, where each team will be presenting the unique, game changing solutions they have developed.

    The Challenges:

    Inflight Passenger Community Challenge
Sometimes you can sit on a flight for hours without even exchanging a word to the passenger seated next to you. Participants are tasked with creating a digital solution which can bring a flight together as a community, rather than strangers.

    Boost Airport Retail Challenge
We all know those airline passengers that go through security and head straight to the gate to be first to board the plane. For retailers, this means missing out on a customer that doesn’t have time to browse the duty-free shops. Our hackathon competitors must develop a digital solution to turn these early-birds at the gate into airport retail consumers.
