From 10 – 13 October 2023, inter airport Europe, the 24th International Exhibition for Airport Equipment, Technology, Design and Services takes place at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany.
For over 40 years, inter airport Europe has been the unique event uniting the global airport community. Every two years, the event attracts thousands of loyal visitors flooding the alleyways of the show to experience first-hand the excitement of discovering cutting-edge products, pioneering technologies and breakthroughs in operational systems.
The exhibition covers all aspects of airport-related technology and services and offers solutions and ideas for the equipment of terminal buildings, the design and planning stage, the latest ground support equipment as well as IT systems.
Inter airport Europe attracts the key decision-makers of the industry, such as professionals from airports and airlines, consultants, suppliers and specifiers to the airport sector who are looking for the latest equipment innovations and tailor-made solutions for their needs.

TERMINAL covers all solutions and equipment for terminal operations, infrastructure and technical installations as well as interior specifications and furnishings, architectural design, equipment and planning stage of the airport

The inter airport Europe conference & seminar programme
In addition to the exhibition space, inter airport Europe 2023 will be hosting an important conference programme and further events aimed at supporting the knowledge exchange and networking throughout the industry.
The popular 4-Day Seminar Programme is an unparalleled opportunity for companies to promote their latest innovations, share expertise and easily connect with clients and peers.
Three main topics will offer plenty of speaker slots in the subject areas of “Leading Terminal Technology”, “Disruptive Digital Innovations”, and “Cutting Edge Apron Insights”.
The co-located event inter airport FOCUS – The Sustainability Summit, will take place on 11 and 12 October, providing a real interactive meeting point for key aviation stakeholders to develop, discuss and initiate the implementation of sustainability solutions required to reach CO2 emission targets at airports. Part of the Summit, Airport City Academy will be running a one-day Training Course on Sustainable Airport Design, Construction & Finance – an intense learning experience where participants will benefit from helpful insights and guidance on how to successfully implement decarbonisation and climate adaption strategies at airports, including financing.
