5th Annual Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2025
Event Information
According to the Civil Aviation Market Outlook 2024, global airlines are forecast to require nearly 44,000 new civil aircraft by 2043. The latest aircraft deliveries over the next 20 years represent a 3% increase over last year’s forecast as air travel fully recovers and even exceeds pre-epidemic demand. The outlook also predicts that emerging markets and global single-aisle market demand will continue to be the key growth drivers for civil aviation. Air travel demand growth continues to outpace economic growth in an increasingly interconnected world. Four years after the epidemic grounded much of the global civil aviation fleet, air traffic growth has returned to the long-term trend Boeing forecast 20 years ago. Compared to 2023, air passenger traffic will grow at an average annual rate of 4.7 percent over the next 20 years.
Since 2009 CAIIF has been successfully held for 14 sessions, attracting nearly 6,100 industry experts and representatives from more than 37 countries and thousands of companies around the world to participate. Previously held in Shenyang, Nanchang, Chengdu and Xi’an in conjunction with the host factory of the aviation industry group, next year’s forum coincides with Shenyang. The successful holding of the forum has promoted a more active atmosphere of industrial exchanges. Under the model of conference with exhibitions, it has promoted exchanges and cooperation between upstream and downstream, and promoted the development of the aviation industrial chain to a better direction.
It is of great practical significance and practical demand that the Forum is held in Shenyang, a well-known aviation industry town in China. The forum aims to face the current severe international situation and the development challenges of the 14th Five-Year Plan and 2035 Vision, mobilize all parties in the industry to cooperate and seize the opportunities to jointly promote the rapid development of China’s civil aviation industry.
