3rd New Energy Aviation International Forum 2024
Event Information
The Outline for the Development of Green Aviation Manufacturing Industry (2023-2035) issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four departments proposes that by 2025, the energy-saving, emission reduction and noise reduction performance of domestically produced civil aircraft will be further improved, the level of green manufacturing in aviation will be comprehensively upgraded, the development of the green aviation industry will have achieved stage-by-stage results, and a safe and effective security system will have been basically built.By 2035, a green aviation manufacturing system with integrity, advancement and safety will be built, new energy aircraft will become the mainstream of development, the safety, environmental protection, economy and comfort of domestically produced civil aircraft will reach the world’s first-class level, and new types of general aviation equipment featuring unmanned, electrified and intelligent technologies will be commercially available and applied on a large scale.
New energy aircraft are new green aviation technology vehicles that use new energy sources, such as hydrogen or electricity, to reduce the air transport industry’s dependence on polluting fossil energy sources, with the goal of achieving zero-carbon emission flights in the future. The application of new energy aircraft can reduce aviation carbon emissions and allow passengers to travel by air in a more environmentally friendly way, helping to combat climate change and move towards a greener future.
Low-altitude economy is a product of the integration and development of new energy, artificial intelligence, digitalisation, internet and other industries and technologies. In the 2024 government work report, it is proposed to implement industrial innovation projects, improve industrial ecology, expand application scenarios, and promote the development of strategic emerging industries in integrated clusters. Actively build new growth engines such as commercial spaceflight and low-altitude economy. This is also the first time that the low-altitude economy is written into the government work report as an important task.
