12th Annual China Aerospace Propulsion Technology Forum 2024

The new round of industrial revolution is a rare opportunity and challenge given to the industry and enterprises by history, and high performance, high reliability and high economic affordability also put forward high requirements for the development of aviation engines.

Digital transformation, bearing the dual mission of strengthening its own growth momentum and leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change, has become a key strategy and inevitable measure. Reducing cost and increasing efficiency, improving quality and maintaining quantity are classic topics in the field of aviation propulsion technology. Traditional engines are still developing towards higher power, lower fuel consumption and longer life, indicating that this form of power still has the potential to be tapped. Even without considering the environmental pressure, the new hybrid electric propulsion technology has excellent performance in fuel consumption, distributed propulsion layout and other aspects, and is likely to be the mainstream form of helicopter power in the future.

At the same time, in March this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four departments jointly issued the Implementation Plan for the Innovative Application of General Aviation Equipment (2024-2030), which drew a roadmap for promoting the high-quality development of the general aviation industry and cultivating the trillion-dollar market size of the low-altitude economy. The development of low-altitude economy requires the green and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the traditional general aviation industry, as well as the cultivation and expansion of new aviation formats.

In the context of challenges and opportunities, this forum will focus on cutting-edge technology topics such as aero engine design and development, industrial policies and market trends, aviation new technologies and new materials, advanced test and testing, metrology technology, simulation, parts processing technology, engine maintenance and maintenance, and at the same time, it will also echo the general trend of low-altitude economy and jointly explore new formats of aero engines. At that time, the conference will invite guests from the Bureau, OEM, industry leading research units, senior scientific research institutes, excellent parts supply enterprises to participate in the forum, which is expected to have a scale of more than 300 people, to integrate aviation’s huge and sophisticated supply chain, strengthen the interaction of all parties in the industry, increase cooperation opportunities, and jointly promote aviation technology innovation, efficient and sustainable development.
