WTCE has brought back its popular Connect platform ahead of this year’s exhibition (28-30 May). Now in its third year, the platform – which is available exclusively for registered visitors and exhibitors – incorporates AI to deliver tailored supplier recommendations and connections with the right exhibitors at the right time. In addition, it can be used to search the exhibitor list, organise meetings directly as well as book in Taste of Travel sessions. 

Visitors using the platform will receive personalised matchmaking recommendations, discover new contacts, and arrive at the show with an organised schedule to plan their time effectively across the three-day event. All meetings and sessions will be added to the calendar, meaning users will receive an SMS reminder on the day. VIP guests can access a dedicated telephone concierge team who can guide them through the most efficient way to organise their visit.

Last year, over 1000 meetings were organised through Connect, with an average rating of 4.5* out of 5, making it an essential tool for visitors and exhibitors looking to make the most of their time at the event.
